I'm sorry, I really should have phrased that better ^^; I meant as in, how did you measure out the curve to draw it onto the fabric? Like, in keeping the shape in correct form.

I didn't measure it, it's just that I've made a lot of stretchy shorts so I'm just already aware of what the pattern should look like? there are certain patterns in sewing (back curve, front curve, front arm hole and back arm hole etc) that always look the same and I'm just used to sewing so I know what they look like from working with other patterns.
